What People Use It For

How to Organize Saved Loops

Use the My saved loops section to organize your saved videos into folders.

Create a folder

Click Create folder and enter a name, such as Songs, Tutorials or Language Learning. You can also click New folder in the Save This Loop section.

Save a loop in a folder

Select a folder from the Save in Folder dropdown before clicking Save loop. Choose Unfiled if you do not want to assign the loop to a folder.

Move a saved loop

Use the folder dropdown beside a saved loop to move it to another folder or to Unfiled.

Rename or delete a folder

Use the edit icon to rename a folder or the delete icon to remove it. When you delete a folder, its saved loops are kept and moved to Unfiled.

View your saved loops

Choose All loops to see every saved loop, or select a folder or Unfiled to view only the relevant loops.

Clear all saved loops and folders

Click Clear All under My saved loops section to delete all saved loops and folders at once. You will be asked to confirm before anything is deleted. This action cannot be undone and only affects saved data in your current browser on this device. Your currently loaded video and its loop settings will remain unchanged.

Troubleshooting

"Does not allow it to be played outside YouTube"

The video owner has turned off embedding, so the video cannot be looped here. Try another video.

The video does not start

Browsers, especially on phones, need a tap before a video can play. Press the Play button once. If the player does not appear, check that an ad blocker is not blocking YouTube's player.

My saved loops are missing

Saved loops are stored in the browser you used, on that device. They do not appear in a private window, in another browser or on another device, and clearing your browser data removes them. To move a loop, copy its share link before you switch.

The loop drifts or jumps a little late

Keep the tab open and visible. Browsers slow down timers in background tabs, so a loop can run slightly past the end time before it jumps back.
